Abstract

Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is a complex clinical entityresulting from an allergic immune response to Aspergillus species and mostoften occurs in patients with asthma and cystic fibrosis (CF). ABPA is rarelyobserved in the absence of asthma which is in fact the principal criterion for itsdiagnosis. We report a case of a 31-yr-old young man who had all othercriteria except Bronchial asthma and was diagnosed as a case of ABPA.
